We do not outsource our work and all material provided to us for transcription is kept safe and confidential. We are a court-approved transcriber in eight Washington superior courts and 29 U.S. Bankruptcy Court Districts (including Nebraska) as well as many other jurisdictions. Where applicable, we provide a citation (generally cases and rules) index with every transcript at no additional charge and hyperlinked headers as well as a hyperlinked table of contents in both Word and PDF formats. Our court transcripts also include hyperlinked case law and rules via Google Scholar and .gov websites. Our prices include two hard copies as well as a LightScribe-written CD of your transcript and, where applicable, your audio. We can also provide a word index to you at no additional cost if you supply us in a TXT file, one word per line, the words that you would like indexed.
We offer discounts to first-time customers on their first five orders:
First -- 25 percent
Second -- 20 percent
Third -- 15 percent
Fourth -- 10 percent
Fifth -- 5 percent

We can produce just about any digital file format, such as mp3, wma, wav, mpeg, QuickTime, RealPlayer, along with microcassette, CD or DVD formats, as well as files playable within FTR products, Express Scribe and its suite of products, and Wavtext Transcriber, along with VoiceIQ, Liberty Court Player, Courtsmart, Soniclear, InqScribe and Digital Court Player and the BIS player, just to name a few.

We also offer an online secure repository for you to upload your files at no additional charge as well. Last but not least, we archive everything for 10 years offline, so if you lose something, you can come back to us and get it at no charge.

This price includes document formatting of standard letter size with 12-point Courier font and generally 1-inch page margins in both Word and PDF formats, 25 numbered lines per page. Separate rates by the page, formatting, and turnarounds apply for court proceedings, generally previously determined by the court.
