We are a large home buyer in the Omaha and Lincoln metro areas and are growing.
We are looking for a multi-skilled craftsman, carpenter, handyman to help us out with various real estate related tasks/projects/remodels and property inspections. We fix and flip properties as well as have quite a few rentals. This would start out as a part time position or per project basis with the opportunity for full time work.
Work hours may vary week to week and will include some work on the weekends, depending on the project/task.
Qualifications that we are looking for:
-Must have at least 5 years of construction experience, PREFERABLY in a general contracting capacity. We need someone that has extensive knowledge that we can send to our investment/rental properties and help complete various projects from general carpentry, finish work, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tiling, deck & fence repairs, painting, etc
-Must have a valid drivers license and valid insurance
-Own a truck, van or trailer of acceptable appearance to haul tools and materials
-Own a multitude of repair tools and know how to use them proficiently
-Be technology-proficient: ability to text, email and use technology to keep in touch regularly...including phone!
-Self-starter and able to complete the task at hand without constant supervision.
Compensation would either be either an hourly wage or per project fee, depending on experience.
