Since this is a room for rent I will be living here too. I am 34 year old male I employed fulltime in the design field. I don?t drink, smoke, or do drugs. I prefer roommates that don?t either, drinking a few beers or glasses of wine are OK. NO drunkenness at the house. I don?t have wild or crazy parties at the house. I do on occasion have friends over for a dinner party or a football game. I really just want roommates that are respectful of others and easy going.
