Space in double room beginning Aug 1 in Lincoln, Nebraska For Sale

I am graduating from Nebraska and have to leave my spot in a double bedroom. The condo was completely redone last year so it is not the typical Nebraska trash with the pee stations everywhere in the bathroom and broken doors. There are 3 other male roommates who are all really good looking and well-read. It is a "cozy" place or small if you want to be a pessimist, but it has a large backyard and it is spotless and nice inside. If you are interested in checking the bedroom, email me a message. The roommates are pretty typical Nebraska Wesleyan University students, they enjoy a few spirits on the weekends and they rarely attend class. They have no criminal records that I know of and they are not particularly creepy. They are all decent guys and I have lived with them for years, so if this sounds cool to you you should come by and meet my roommates. I forgot to mention, the guy I share a bedroom with has a gf that lives in downtown, so I have a single about half the time.
